At their Monday, Oct. 7 Regular Meeting, Councilmembers approved the 2019 property tax rate; authorized the City Manager to execute a contract for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at Roane Park; authorized the reimbursement to Century Land Holdings of Texas, LLC as set forth in the audit report dated March 31, 2019; authorized the execution of a letter of approval for Care EMS INC to operate a non-emergency ambulance service.
