Trash Off 2021

Cost: Free

Gather friends, family and coworkers to help clean up Missouri City! Participants
will collect trash from parks and trails as a part of the largest single-day cleanup event in the state. Check in and clean up will take place at your registered park or trail. Register online today!

Family Bike Night

Cost: Free

Join us for a Family Bike Night hosted by the Brazos River Bicycle Rally. Families and children of all ages will enjoy an evening of bicycle safety tips and activities followed by a family bike ride through the neighborhood. Bring your own bike. Helmets and masks required. This event is free, pre-registration is required. Register online today!

Edible Earth Fest: A La Carte
Saturday, April 10
9:00 am-4:00 pm
Mosely Park (3333 FM 1092)

Take a ride down the tastiest trail in Texas at this year’s Edible Earth Fest. Up to 3 riders per group will get a personal 15 minute tour of the Edible Arbor Trail led by the project creator. Enjoy brief stops along the way where you can will “fill your cart” with fresh fruits, plants, and gardening supplies. This event is free & social distance guidelines will be followed. Pre-registration is required. Register online.

Can't make it to the event? Don't worry. Try the Edible Arbor Trail scavenger hunt on your own time and submit any time March 1-April 30 to receive a free edible plant for your garden. Completed scavenger hunts can be submit to forester@missouricitytx.gov.

Cost: Donation items accepted in lieu of registration fee

Grab your friends, family, lawn chairs, or picnic blankets and join us for a movie night in the park! We're teaming up with the Mayor's Youth Commission to provide a Spring outdoor movie series benefiting local organizations. This month's movie feature will be "Wonder Woman". In lieu of a registration fee, we will be collecting donation items benefiting Fort Bend Women's Center, a local charity that provides services for survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. Food is available for purchase on site in addition to a nearby playground for the extra-wiggly movie watchers!
